Set up your project

Do this once. It is what lets the AI remember your voice across every blog.

Open Claude or ChatGPT and create a Project. Name it "My Blog System."
Paste your Profile (Step 1) into the project's instructions. Now the AI knows your voice every time.
Each new blog is a new chat inside that project. One chat holds one client moment.

For each blog, start a new chat in your project. Copy this block, fill in the moment at the top (no names), and send.

Now, using my voice and core themes from my profile, and the moment above:

If the moment is thin, ask me up to two sharp questions to get the specific detail, then continue. Do not stall.

Find the search question my reader would actually type, and connect it to the idea.

Write a blog post that:
- centers ONE idea only
- opens with the real moment, in the body, so the reader feels it
- speaks to who my reader is and who she becomes, never as a victim, always as someone who acts
- lands on the real result the idea unlocks for her
- sounds like me: flowing paragraphs, no emdashes, no "it is not this, it is that," no AI jargon
- is built to be found: the search question in the title and a heading, each section opening with a direct answer, a short FAQ at the end

Then give me, in order:
1. Title, primary keyword, secondary keywords, a 140 to 160 character meta description, URL slug
2. The blog post, with headings and FAQ
3. A pull quote for my graphic: one standalone line that stops the scroll on its own, names what my reader feels and turns to what she is capable of, always from strength, never pity
4. A LinkedIn intro in my voice
5. A newsletter intro in my voice
6. Three future blog ideas from the same theme

Before you finish, run a quick check: Is it one idea? Does it sound like me? Does it start with a real moment? Fix anything that fails.

Step 4 · What you get

A blog post built on one idea, in your voice, with the title, keywords, meta description, URL slug, and FAQ already done.
A pull quote for your graphic. A line that stops the scroll on its own, from strength.
A LinkedIn intro and a newsletter intro, both in your voice.
Three future blog ideas from the same theme, so next week is already started.

Make the graphic: drop the pull quote onto your photo tinted in one brand color, add a quotation mark and your name. Same look every time, about two minutes in Canva.
